Michael P. Smith Dignity and Compassion Award
Nomination information:
- To be eligible for nomination, the individual must be a member of the AKSRT
- The next nomination form must be completed and mailed/emailed by April 5, 2018
Nominations will be reviewed by the award committee and the award will be presented at the annual AKSRT meeting.
